Academic Family Medicine with FQHC on California Central Coast

Our organization, a well-established Federally Qualified Community Health Center with a history spanning 50 years, is looking for family medicine physicians to join our team. We are particularly interested in candidates who can take on the role of a core faculty member in our newly launched family medicine residency program.

• Our clinics operate from Monday to Thursday, 8 AM to 8 PM, and on Fridays from 8 AM to 5 PM.

• Approximately 60% of your responsibilities will involve supervising residents and engaging in scholarly activities.

• The remaining 40% will focus on providing care to your own patient panel.

• You will be expected to work one late evening each week, along with some Saturdays.

• While skills in Osteopathic Manipulative Treatment (OMT) are preferred, they are not mandatory.

• Experience with EPIC Electronic Health Records (EHR) is required.

• Being bilingual in Spanish is an advantage.

• You will be part of an integrated care team that includes nurses, medical assistants, chiropractors, and case managers.

• Compensation can reach up to $277,000, based on your training and experience.
