We are seeking to expand our esteemed practice by adding two Family Medicine physicians in a picturesque riverfront community located in West-Central Illinois. This opportunity arises due to upcoming retirements and the growth of our longstanding practice. Our organization serves a population of 300,000 and is recognized for its high levels of physician satisfaction and impressive retention rates.

• No competition in the local market

• Flexible work schedule with options for 4 or 5 days per week

• Clinical responsibilities include 36 hours per week (office and procedures) along with 4 hours dedicated to administrative tasks

• Outpatient care only, with the potential to see 20-24 patients or more if desired

• Access to a 330-bed regional facility with all sub-specialties available

• Plans to recruit 8 additional Primary Care physicians due to growth and retirements

• Base salary of $315,000, with a 10% quality bonus based on base salary and additional RVU bonus opportunities

• Signing bonus of $50,000

• Up to $300,000 available for student loan repayment

• 10% quality bonus based on base salary
