Our organization is on the lookout for both full-time and part-time Licensed Psychologists to help fulfill our mission of delivering in-person psychotherapy services to the elderly population. We currently cater to over 300 Skilled Nursing Facilities, including sub-acute, long-term care, and assisted living centers across NJ, NY, PA, and MD.

As a clinician-owned and operated entity, we take pride in offering supportive counseling through patient-centered psychological services that significantly enhance residents' mood, functioning, and overall quality of life. Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate individual and group psychotherapy sessions for patients in subacute or skilled nursing facilities.
• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat a variety of emotional and behavioral health issues, including depression, anxiety, adjustment disorders, and cognitive decline.
• Create and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique needs.
• Collaborate with facility staff, interdisciplinary teams, and family members to enhance patient care.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards using our clinician-designed electronic medical/health record system (EHR).
• Track patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.

Requirements:

• Doctoral degree (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) in Clinical Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Active and unrestricted license to practice as a Psychologist in the state of application.
• Proficient oral and written communication skills in English.
• Basic technological proficiency, including familiarity with electronic health records (EHR).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, particularly regarding regulatory compliance.
• Ability to provide in-person services at assigned facilities, with travel up to 45 minutes.
• Capability to walk, stand, and navigate between patient rooms and offices throughout the day.
• Full vaccination and booster status may be required at certain facilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior clinical experience in subacute, long-term care, or geriatric healthcare settings.
• Experience treating anxiety, depression, and adjustment disorders.
  • Experience in psychology or addictions is a plus.
• Exceptional time management and organizational abilities.
