Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Labor & Delivery to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

\n\nResponsibilities\n

\n
• Provide bedside care for obstetrical patients with various needs including labor and delivery.
\n
• Manage high-risk labor cases, including pre-eclampsia and cesarean deliveries.
\n
• Operate within a Level 3 Perinatal Center environment.
\n
• Achieve proficiency with EMR systems, specifically Cerner.
\n
• Participate in orientation and integrate into the unit efficiently.
\n
• Perform duties in accordance with unit's patient-to-nurse ratios and hospital policies.
\n

\n\nQualifications\n

\n
• Current RN licensure in the state of Indiana.
\n
• Advanced certifications including ACLS, BLS, NRP, and STABLE.
\n
• Minimum of three years' experience in labor and delivery.
\n
• Ability to work a night shift schedule from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM.
\n
• Experience in a fast-paced, high acuity L&D unit required.
\n
• Prepared to work in a hospital-issued scrub dress code setting.
\n
