Job Responsibilities

• Work a 7 on/7 off schedule, from Tuesday to Monday, 7 AM to 5 PM
• Manage up to 16 patients per shift
• Provide care in an adult inpatient psychiatry unit
• No on-call duties after hours
• Handle involuntary commitments, seclusion, and restraint as required
• Experience with anxiety, affective, and psychotic disorders is essential
• Maintain a 1:4 ratio of follow-ups to new evaluations
• Ongoing coverage is needed

Compensation and Benefits

• Hourly pay ranges from $185.00 to $220.00
• Rates are estimates and may vary based on factors such as the urgency of the position, your experience, and qualifications
• All-inclusive rates cover base pay along with potential earnings from overtime, call, and holiday pay
