Job Opening: Family Medicine Physician

We are seeking a Family Medicine physician to join our Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) in Great Falls, MT, which boasts a dedicated team of over 200 employees and 60 healthcare providers. This addition is in response to the growing needs of our community.

Position Overview

• We are in search of a Chief Medical Officer.

• The role will comprise 75% administrative responsibilities and 25% clinical duties.

• Key responsibilities will include leading team members, developing and implementing strategies, and acting as a catalyst for change.

• The clinic operates Monday through Saturday, with office hours from 7 A.M. to 6 P.M.

• We cater to patients of all ages, with over 30,000 patient visits annually.

• Our facility is NHSC Certified.

• Loan repayment options are available, offering $25,000 per year.

• We provide a competitive compensation package ranging from $250,000 to $300,000, which includes malpractice insurance, health benefits, a retirement plan with matching contributions, relocation assistance, and signing bonuses.
