Position will not accept local candidatesEKG exam is required (study guide in Simplify library)position requires BLS, ACLS and NIHSS12 HR shifts , EOW, EOH16 week contracts preferredNavy blue scrubsJob Description30 Bed UnitDrips: Cardizem, nitro, amio, cardene, dobutamine, dopamine, & titration.Oxygen: Trachs, BIPAP, Hiflow, NO vents.Chest tubes, JPs, NO AlinesRatios 1:4 (higher acuity) but can go to 1:5-6.Typically 2 patient care assistants.Monitor techs available to watch telemetry. Charge nurses primarily out of ratio depending on census and staffing.*All listed ratios are subject to change based on staffing availability at the facility. Ratios are never guaranteed but are what the unit typically attempts to achieve with normalized staffing.
