Job Description
We are currently seeking motivated and dependable Culinary Associates to join our restaurant team. This position is responsible for assisting with food preparation, meal assembly, and maintaining a clean and efficient kitchen environment. Associates will play an important role in ensuring guests receive high-quality food that is prepared accurately and delivered in a timely manner.

Availability RequirementsOpen scheduling availability is required, with the ability to work various shifts throughout the week, including weekends and some holidays. (There is a morning and evening shift.)
Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesPrepare menu items according to company recipes, quality standards, and portion requirements.
Assist with assembling and plating food orders accurately and efficiently.
Ensure all food products meet presentation and quality expectations before service.
Maintain cleanliness throughout kitchen workstations, food preparation areas, and storage locations.
Restock ingredients, supplies, and kitchen inventory as needed throughout the shift.
Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures.
Work collaboratively with team members to support smooth kitchen operations.
Assist with opening, closing, and general kitchen maintenance duties.
Contribute to a positive, productive, and guest-focused work environment.
Previous food service, kitchen, or restaurant experience is beneficial but not required.
Ability to work efficiently in a high-energy, team-oriented environment.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Excellent time-management and organizational skills.
Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic.
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices is preferred.
Hourly Wage: $11-15/hr depending on relevant experience, skills, and qualifications.
