Under the guidance of the RN Supervisor or Director of Nursing, you will:

• Provide high-quality, hands-on nursing care to assigned residents
• Support daily resident care activities and ensure comfort and dignity
• Follow all clinical standards, regulatory guidelines, and licensure requirements
• Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with company policies
• Collaborate with the care team to meet residents’ healthcare needs
• Promote a safe, caring, and positive environment for residents and staff

???? What You Bring

Education:

• Graduate of an accredited school of Practical Nursing

Experience:

• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience required
• Skilled nursing facility experience preferred, but not required

Certifications:

• Current, active LPN license
• CPR certification
