WHAT WILL YOU DO EVERY DAY AS A LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSE SUPERVISOR?

In this nursing role, you'll oversee evening operations by administering medications, guiding Direct Care Staff, processing physician orders, and maintaining timely communication with residents, families, and team members. You'll also manage emergent situations with professionalism and ensure smooth transitions throughout the shift. Your leadership helps maintain safety, structure, and a positive environment for everyone in our care.

WHEN WILL YOU WORK?

This is a full‑time evening nursing position working 2 PM – 10 PM.

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BE OUR LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSE SUPERVISOR?

• Valid Virginia LPN license
• 3+ years of assisted living experience

Excellent critical thinking, independent decision‑making, and strong attention to detail are preferred.
