What You’ll Do

As a Resident Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the comfort, safety, and well-being of our residents. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Assisting residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Providing companionship and fostering meaningful relationships with residents.
• Monitoring residents’ health and promptly reporting any changes to the appropriate team members.
• Supporting residents in maintaining their independence and dignity.
• Helping to create a clean, organized, and welcoming environment.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking someone who is caring, dependable, and ready to make a positive impact. To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role or a related field.
• A genuine passion for working with seniors and providing quality care.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A team-oriented attitude and the ability to work collaboratively.
• Reliability and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
