Process Quality Control Specialist

As a Process Quality Control Specialist, you’ll safeguard our lines by executing control plans, capturing accurate data, and driving swift corrective actions. Your leadership shows up as reliability, ownership, and a spotless 5S work area.

Your impact

• Translate work instructions and control plans into flawless execution.
• Partner during changeovers to keep transitions tight and on schedule.
• Run in-process checks; document results in the Quality System; enter GMaP data when requested.
• Read process signals to understand reliability and yield trends—and act early.
• Troubleshoot decisively and solve problems at the source.
• Champion safety: correct PPE, and full awareness of lockouts and e-stops.
• Communicate clearly, organize priorities, and model great attendance and judgment.
• Take on additional tasks assigned by supervisors and work independently when needed.

• Professional written and verbal communication skills.

Work schedule and physical demands

• 8-hour shifts Monday–Friday.
• Open to day or night shifts plus overtime.
• May require work beyond 40 hours, including some weekends and holidays.
• Frequently lift up to 45 lbs.
• Reliable transportation and regular, predictable attendance.
