Responsibilities
  • Make outbound calls to prospective clients using agency-provided scripts
  • Handle inbound calls and route opportunities appropriately
  • Qualify prospects and identify insurance quoting opportunities
  • Transfer qualified opportunities to licensed team members
  • Accurately document all activity and notes in the CRM system
  • Follow daily call, activity, and follow-up standards
  • Maintain professionalism and consistency in all client interactions
  • Participate in ongoing coaching, training, and performance feedback

Requirements
  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Comfort speaking on the phone for extended periods
