Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Kitchen Operations Manager to oversee daily kitchen functions and support the success of our culinary team. This position plays a key role in ensuring food quality, operational efficiency, sanitation compliance, and staff development. The ideal candidate is a strong leader who can effectively manage a fast-paced kitchen environment while maintaining high standards and fostering a positive team culture.
Availability RequirementsApplicants must have open availability and be willing to work a flexible schedule seven days a week (11AM-Until close), including mornings, evenings, weekends, and some holidays as business needs require.
Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and support kitchen personnel throughout daily operations.
Ensure food is prepared, portioned, and presented according to established quality standards.
Monitor kitchen performance and address operational challenges as they arise.
Maintain proper inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies and products.
Reduce waste through effective inventory management and operational oversight.
Ensure all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety regulations are followed.
Train, coach, and motivate team members to achieve operational goals.
Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment.
Collaborate with management and staff to improve productivity and guest satisfaction.
Previous experience in a kitchen management, supervisory, or leadership role preferred.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to work effectively under pressure in a high-volume environment.
Knowledge of food safety procedures, sanitation requirements, and kitchen best practices.
Ability to lead by example and foster a team-oriented work environment.
ServSafe Certification is a plus but not required.
Pay Rate: $11.00–$15.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
