EARNING POTENTIAL:
- Hourly pay of $16.90 plus commission of up to 25% after reaching threshold.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Respond rapidly to internet and phone leads
- Set, confirm, and show appointments
- Build value in Subaru vehicles and dealership experience
- Guide customers through the online-to-showroom process
- Follow up with CRM discipline
- Hit and exceed monthly sales goals
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
- Automotive sales or BDC experience preferred (not required)
- Strong phone and text communication skills
- Competitive, self-motivated mindset
- CRM proficiency is a plus
- Bilingual is a bonus
- Weekend availability
