What You’ll Do:
- Greet customers and assist them in selecting vehicles that meet their needs
- Provide detailed information about the features and benefits of vehicles
- Assist customers with test drives, comparisons, and product questions
- Negotiate sales and financing options with customers
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process
- Collaborate with sales managers, finance, and service teams to ensure a seamless buying experience
- Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction
What You Bring:
- Prior automotive sales experience is preferred but not required. We train the right candidates for the exciting field of sales! If you have experience in retail, insurance sales, marketing, and/or customer service / hospitality, you can succeed with the professional training and management we provide!
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver's license
- High school diploma or equivalent
