Babysitter Needed for my Children

I am looking for a great nanny for 3 children in Ellicott City for part time during the summer (10 to 2pm, flexible with hours). Ideally someone who could do fun activities with the kids, monitor their outside time, and manage the kids' chores. The kids are pretty independent and normally can go outside by themselves (except for youngest), so independent playtime with friends would be expected. Also would prefer a nanny who has their own car (not required though), who does not smoke, who is comfortable with pets (cats who are super friendly) and who is CPR certified.
