• Partnering with the CFO, Controller, and cross-functional teams across finance, operations, IT, and commercial functions to monitor P&L performance, analyze drivers, and support actions to meet financial goals
• Leading budgeting and rolling forecasting processes, collaborating with finance, operations, and IT partners to align financial plans with business strategy
• Delivering monthly variance analysis and executive reporting, translating financial results into clear insights and recommendations for senior leadership
• Supporting pricing strategy by analyzing margin, product, and customer profitability, as well as relevant market dynamics, to inform business decisions
• Developing and enhancing financial models, tools, and reporting, leveraging systems and data in partnership with IT to improve accuracy, efficiency, and visibility
• Conducting ad hoc and exploratory analyses, solving open-ended business questions and driving actionable insights across the organization

• 3-5 years of direct FP&A experience (corporate environment preferred)
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Strong Excel skills (required)
• Demonstrated ability to:
• Analyze data and provide actionable insights
• Partner cross-functionally with business teams
• Work independently and manage ambiguity

• Experience with data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
• Experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis in a corporate environment
• Experience with pricing strategy and annual price-setting processes, including analysis of margin impact, customer/product profitability, and market dynamics to inform pricing decisions and increases
• Strong financial modeling skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
• Proven ability to identify opportunities for improvement and drive process enhancements
• Ability to effectively collaborate and influence stakeholders across multiple functions
