I. Job Summary
This National Account Position is responsible for the supervision, communication and resolution of escalated Vendor Service Performance Issues, Vendor Billing Invoice discrepancies and Vendor Service Interruptions under the general supervision of the Vendor Relations Manager.
II. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Supervise production within department, i.e. scheduling work, load balancing and prioritizing projects to ensure all deadlines are met
- Mentor, Coach and evaluate performance of for both Exempt and Non-Exempt employees
- Manages staff to ensure that all pre-established metrics are being met by both individuals and by the greater team, using standards of performance to measure against.
- Acts as the escalation point for issue resolution and communicates cross functionally as required.
- Ensures all SOX Controls are being followed and adhered to.
- Identify Opportunities for continuous improvement
III. Qualifications
A. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED (accredited).
- 3 years of prior work experience (in addition to education requirement).
B. Preferred Qualifications
- Five years of prior Vendor Network work experience.

Pay: The expected base pay range for this [office/on-site or [hybrid] position is $68,000 - $85,000. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific salary offered to a successful candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s relevant experience, education, training, certifications,
qualifications, and work location. In addition, this position is eligible for incentive pay.
