Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner. Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products and solutions. Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently. Maintain product displays and ensure merchandise is well-stocked and organized. Answer customer questions regarding products, pricing, and promotions. Support inventory management and restocking activities. Help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming retail environment. Meet individual and team sales objectives while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

Legally authorized to work in the United States. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred:

18 years of age or older. Previous retail, sales, or customer service experience. Basic computer and point-of-sale (POS) system knowledge.
