HVAC Lead Installer $1600 w/ OT>+ WEEKLY

Key Requirements:
- 3-5 years of HVAC installation experience.
- Experience installing mini-split and heat pump systems.
- Ability to read plans and installation diagrams.
- Strong troubleshooting and leadership skills.
- Verify that installations meet code requirements and safety standards.
- Run and connect refrigerant lines, drain lines, and electrical connections.
- Perform system startup, testing, and troubleshooting.
- Conduct work safely in warehouse and residential environments.
- Ensure crew members follow company safety procedures.

- Monday-Friday, Some Saturdays
- 0800-5PM
