Job Description:
We are looking for caring and dependable individuals to join our care team as Personal Care Assistants (PCA), Home Health Aides (HHA), Nursing Assistants (NA), or Caregivers. The role involves supporting clients with daily living activities to promote their comfort, safety, and well-being, following Department of Health standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care assistance, including bathing, dressing, grooming, oral care, and feeding.
• Assist clients with toileting and ensure their cleanliness and comfort.
• Support safe medication reminders and self-administration as directed.
• Offer help with communication tasks such as reading, writing, or speaking.
• Accompany clients to appointments or outings as needed.
• Prepare meals, assist with grocery shopping, and help plan nutritious menus.
• Perform light housekeeping duties including laundry, changing linens, and general tidying.
• Accurately record all services and promptly report changes in condition or incidents.
• Assist with mobility, exercises, and safe transfers using proper techniques.
• Maintain a safe home environment and report any hazards or equipment issues.
• Treat all clients with respect, preserving their privacy, dignity, and confidentiality.
• Follow infection control practices and participate in training sessions as required.

Qualifications:

• Completion of an approved Nursing Assistant or related training program (CNA preferred).
• Prior experience as a caregiver, HHA, PCA, or NA is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate, reliable, and professional approach to caregiving
