Shipping & Receiving with BOL experience

United Talent Staffing is currently hiring Shipping & Receiving Coordinator (BOL Experience) for 1st and 2nd Shift in the Hiram, GA area!

Pay and Shift:

1st Shift: 8a-5pm; 17.50/HR

2nd shift: 3pm-12am; $17.75 an hour

Job Duties:

· Receive and process material orders on a daily basis, including accepting deliveries, labeling them and distributing packages and letters internally.

· Preparation, organization, and creation of bills of lading, shipping labels, order receipts and other shipping documents.

· Coordinate deliveries to customers on a daily basis, providing excellent customer service and resolving issues related to tracking, invoicing and other customer queries, including boxing goods, addressing packages, and staying in contact with shipping companies.

· Maintain the company stockroom by cleaning, organizing, and labeling items in storage on a regular basis.

· Keep records of goods that have been shipped and received, preparing regular shipping and receiving reports for supervisors.

· Schedule large shipments and coordinate logistics to ensure that there is enough storage space for incoming items and personnel on hand to manage incoming shipments.

· High volume data entry as needed

· Troubleshoot shipping issues when necessary

· Knowledge of RF scanner

· Ability to drive a Cherry Picker

Job Requirements:

· High school diploma or GED equivalent

· Experience Microsoft Excel

· 1-2 years’ experience working in a warehouse setting

· At least one year of supervisory experience in a warehouse setting

· Ability to walk or stand for long periods of time
