Brookside Properties is seeking an experienced, driven, and hands-on Community Manager to lead operations at Butchertown Flats, one of Louisville's most exciting apartment communities. What You'll Do
As Community Manager, you will oversee all aspects of property operations, including:
- Driving occupancy, leasing performance, and revenue growth
- Leading leasing, resident relations, marketing, and retention efforts
- Managing budgets, expenses, collections, and delinquency control
- Hiring, coaching, and developing on-site team members
- Conducting property inspections and ensuring curb appeal standards
- Overseeing vendor relationships and maintenance coordination
- Preparing reports and ensuring accurate documentation
- Maintaining compliance with Fair Housing and company policies
- Delivering an exceptional resident experience
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of multifamily property management experience
- Experience managing apartment community operations, budgets, and staff
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Proven ability to increase occupancy and resident retention
- Excellent customer service and conflict-resolution abilities
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Preferred Qualifications
- Entrata experience
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
