Position Overview
The Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission (PUC) is seeking an IT Security & Support Contractor with at least 2 years of experience in information security and helpdesk support. This cross-functional role will support both Security Operations and IT Help Desk teams by assisting with incident management, vulnerability tracking, technical support, network monitoring, and compliance initiatives.
Required Skills & Experience
2+ years of Information Security support experience
2+ years of Helpdesk/Desktop Support experience
Experience with Microsoft Server and Workstation Operating Systems
Experience with Microsoft 365 / O365 administration and support
Experience with incident reporting and ticketing systems
Experience with network and computer security tools
Experience reviewing and analyzing security logs and reports
Knowledge of cybersecurity standards, frameworks, and best practices
Knowledge of business process analysis methodologies
Experience with Tenable and Splunk
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Associate Degree or current IT certifications
