ROLE DESCRIPTION

As an Account Manager for the Jack Boyajian Insurance Agency, you play a vital role in our daily operations and in helping our customers succeed. You grow the agency through meaningful customer relationships and act as a liaison between customer needs and the appropriate agency departments. You also improve customers lives by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth
  • Conduct policy reviews and recommend appropriate options to customers
  • Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues
  • Use your knowledge of insurance products to recommend, explain, and sell policies to both cold and warm leads
QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience in insurance sales or account management (preferred)
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets
  • Willingness to engage in sales conversations
  • Must have a Property & Casualty (P&C) license
  • Must have or be willing to obtain a Life & Health license
