Assistant Project Manager

The Role

As an Assistant Project Manager, you will:

• Support Project Managers and Senior Project Managers on projects ranging from $5M$50M.

• Take ownership ofinternal coordination, including procurement, equipment tracking, and documentation.

• Ensure all manufactured andpurchasedequipment is delivered on time and within budget.

• Manage RFIs, submittals, change order documentation, and project files in Procore.

• Track action items, follow up relentlessly, and ensure nothing slips through the cracks.

• Assistwith scheduling, budgets, and subcontractor coordination.

• Provide critical internal support so project managers can focus on client-facing execution.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 25 years of experience supporting project teams in industrial, construction, or equipment-related environments.

• Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred.

• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

• Familiarity with design/build projects and industrial equipment integration.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; Procore experiencea plus.

• Strong communicationand teamwork skills, with a willingness to learn and grow.
