🩻 Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Ultrasound Technologist (ARDMS) to join a dynamic imaging team. This role involves performing a wide range of diagnostic ultrasound procedures across multiple patient populations in a fast-paced clinical setting.

 

🔧 Key Responsibilities

  • Perform ultrasound exams including:
    • OB/GYN (1st–3rd trimester, fetal anatomy)
    • Abdominal & small parts imaging
    • Vascular studies (carotid, venous, arterial)
    • Renal, pelvic, and breast imaging
  • Assist with procedures such as:
    • Paracentesis & thoracentesis
    • Ultrasound-guided biopsies/FNA
  • Work across ED, inpatient, outpatient & portable settings
  • Ensure accurate imaging, documentation, and patient care
  • Collaborate with radiologists and interdisciplinary teams

 

✅ Requirements

  • ARDMS Certification (required)
  • RVT (preferred)
  • ARRT (preferred)
  • BLS Certification (required)
  • Minimum 2 years of Ultrasound experience
  • Experience in community hospital setting required
  • Strong skills across general, OB/GYN, and vascular imaging

 

🛠 Technology

  • Equipment: GE Ultrasound systems
  • Charting: Epic (preferred)
  • PACS system in use

 

👩‍⚕️ Patient Population

  • Adolescents & Adults
  • Geriatric experience preferred

 

⚠️ Additional Details

  • On-call required, including potential night coverage
