Construction Clean Up

I want to get ahead of an upcoming opportunity and align early so we’re prepared to move quickly.

This is coming through Pentagon Intel, supporting Fluor (end client: Intel) at the Ronler Hillsboro site. While the contract is not yet executed, they are preparing for a turnover clean of 5 Mars (shafts) in MSB2.

From what I’m hearing, this is one of the most complex and labor-intensive scopes in the building, and there’s a strong likelihood it will expand into additional phases, as other areas have not yet been completed.

I’ve already gathered the key labor requirements, and they are targeting a high-caliber workforce:

• Lift-capable (knuckle boom & scissor lift experience)
• Valid lift certifications through 2026
• Comfortable working at heights, ladders, and lifts
• Physically agile (stairs, continuous movement)
• Harness and lanyard experience
• Strong safety mindset
• Able to handle full-day cleaning scope (100% cleaning)
• Not claustrophobic
• Comfortable in full construction PPE and active jobsite conditions
