Job Summary

Are you experienced in woodworking, cabinet assembly, finishing, or manufacturing? We are seeking dependable, detail-oriented individuals to join our growing production team. This is a hands-on opportunity for someone who enjoys working with tools, creating quality products, and being part of a hardworking, team-focused environment.
Responsibilities
- Assemble and manufacture cabinetry and wood products
- Sand, prep, stain, paint, and apply finishes to wood surfaces
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
- Use hand and power tools safely and efficiently
- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
- Work collaboratively with the production team to meet deadlines
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
Qualifications
- Experience in woodworking, cabinet assembly, finishing, carpentry, or manufacturing preferred
- Comfortable using hand and power tools such as saws, drills, sanders, and fastening equipment
- Excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship
- Proficient in using hand and power tools
- Ability to read measurements and follow specifications accurately
- Dependable work ethic and ability to work independently or on a team
- Ability to safely lift up to 50lbs of materials and stay active throughout the workday
