Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (40 hrs/week)

Pay rate: $18.00/hr, paid bi-weekly

About the Role

We’re hiring an on-site Medical Assistant to support providers in a clinical environment. This role focuses on patient flow, room readiness, provider support during exams/procedures, and front-office/clinic administrative support as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Escort patients to/from exam rooms, physician offices, and treatment rooms
• Collect/document patient data prior to visits (vitals, height/weight, allergies, medication changes)
• Obtain required patient records prior to treatment/procedures
• Prepare/stock exam and treatment rooms; order supplies as needed
• Assist providers with exams and procedures
• Administer subcutaneous and intramuscular injections (as delegated)
• Follow exam/treatment room disinfection protocols
• Answer patient calls and route to provider/nurse/pharmacist as appropriate
• Phone in prescriptions and make patient calls as directed

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• CCMA or CMA certification (required)
• 2+ years experience as a Medical Assistant
• Current BCLS certification
