Stand Up Forklift Driver

We are recruiting a Stand Up Forklift Driver to join our warehouse team, supervised by the warehouse manager and working closely with logistics coordinators. This role involves the safe and efficient operation of stand up and high reach forklifts to handle palletized goods, bulk materials, and fragile items during various shifts including days, nights, and weekends. Emphasis is placed on safety compliance with regular training, proper PPE use, and emergency response readiness.

Responsibilities

• Operate stand up and high reach forklifts safely and efficiently
• Load, unload, and stage products and materials for shipment
• Prepare products and materials for outbound shipment
• Track and record inventory and units of materials handled
• Maintain workplace organization and cleanliness
• Adhere strictly to safety policies, procedures, and use of required PPE
• Participate in regular safety training and emergency response drills
• Collaborate with warehouse team and logistics coordinators to ensure timely operations

Required Qualifications

• Experience in general labor, construction, or related fields
• Familiarity with pallet jack, forklift, or other industrial vehicles
• Ability to handle a physically demanding workload
• Strong work ethic and commitment to safety

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years in warehouse operations
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Forklift Operator Certification
• Experience with stand up and high reach forklift operation
• Knowledge of material handling and inventory management
• Understanding of occupational safety standards
• Physical stamina and attention to detail
• Strong time management and teamwork skills
