Pay Rate: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 1st Shift (7:30 AM – 4:00 PM)

Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Shipping Clerk to join a fast-paced Third-Party Logistics (3PL) operation. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely shipment processing while maintaining compliance with client and company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Shipping & Order Processing

• Prepare, pack, and label outgoing shipments with accuracy
• Verify orders against pick tickets, packing lists, and client requirements
• Ensure all shipments meet customer-specific guidelines

Logistics Coordination

• Schedule carrier pickups (LTL, FTL, and parcel)
• Coordinate with warehouse, transportation, and customer service teams
• Track shipments and provide updates as needed

Documentation & Systems

• Generate shipping documents (BOLs, labels, invoices)
• Input and maintain shipment data in WMS, TMS, or EDI systems
• Maintain accurate shipment records

Inventory & Quality Control

• Verify shipments to ensure order accuracy
• Report shortages, damages, or discrepancies
• Assist with inventory counts as needed

Customer Support

• Ensure shipments meet client SLAs
• Communicate any delays or special handling needs
• Assist with shipping-related inquiries

Safety & Compliance

• Follow all warehouse safety guidelines and company policies
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Ensure compliance with all shipping regulations
