Contract-to-Hire
Pay Rate: DoE
Schedule: Monday–Thursday 9:00 AM–6:00 PM, Friday 9:00 AM–4:00 PM
Position Overview
The E-Commerce Coordinator will manage day-to-day online store operations, including order processing, inventory management, customer communication, and product listings across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator in English, tech-comfortable, and able to learn internal systems quickly.
Training will be provided on company-specific platforms and processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of online sales platforms
- Process and track customer orders accurately
- Monitor and update inventory levels
- Respond to customer inquiries and messages in a timely manner
- Upload and maintain product listings and information
- Assist with payment processing and order resolution
- Support general e-commerce administrative tasks
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Prior experience in e-commerce, order processing, or customer service
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Comfortable working with online platforms and learning new systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and manage daily priorities
