In-Home Sales Closer - Bathroom Remodeling

ROLE OVERVIEW

This is a one-call close role selling bathroom remodels to pre-qualified homeowners. No cold calling. No prospecting. You run appointments, present solutions, and close the deal.

Five Star Bath Solutions of King County is growing and adding a dedicated in-home sales closer to handle demand. This role is focused on execution. You sell, we handle the rest.

What you’ll do:
Run 2–3 pre-qualified in-home appointments per day
Design and present remodeling solutions to homeowners
Close deals during the appointment
Follow a structured sales process and pricing model

Compensation:
Uncapped commission
Top performers earn $100K–$250K+
Typical earnings per sale: $1,500–$3,000+
Pre-qualified appointments provided

Requirements:
Experience in in-home or high-ticket sales ($5K+ preferred)
Comfortable closing in the home and asking for payment
Reliable transportation and comfortable using technology

Location:
Primary service area: Renton, Kent, West Seattle
Must live within reasonable commuting distance
