CNA Certified Nurse Assistant

A-Line Staffing is now hiring a Certified Nurse Assistant. This would be full time / 40+ hours per week.

Certified Nurse Assistant Hours

• 2nd shift
• 2:45pm-11:15pm, 5x8 hour shifts per week, includes every other weekend

Certified Nurse Assistant Compensation

• The pay for this position is $24.00 per hour
• Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment
• A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates

Certified Nurse Assistant Responsibilities

• Provide basic care to veteran residents in a long-term care setting
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and hygiene
• Help with meals, feeding, and hydration as needed
• Support safe transfers, mobility, and repositioning
• Take and record vital signs as assigned
• Observe and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff
• Maintain a clean, safe, and infection-free environment
• Follow fall prevention and safety procedures
• Provide respectful, compassionate care and emotional support
• Document care provided accurately and timely
• Work as part of the nursing and care team
• Follow all facility policies, HIPAA, and state regulations

Certified Nurse Assistant Requirements

• CNA License
• 3-6 months of experience required
