Administrative Coordinator

Pay Range: $19 /Hr. DOE
Shift/Hours: Monday - Friday
Location: Fort Myers, FL

Key Responsibilities Administrative Coordinator:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact by screening incoming calls, routing inquiries, and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Coordinate complex calendars, schedule appointments, and provide accurate, timely information to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Draft polished professional memos, transcribe meeting notes, and design impactful presentations tailored for various departments.
  • Provide agile administrative assistance across multiple concurrent company projects.
  • Efficiently prepare and track invoices while overseeing the processing of employee expense reports.
  • Establish and maintain highly organized, easily accessible digital and physical filing systems.
  • Execute all daily duties in strict alignment with established company guidelines and standard operating procedures.
  • Carry out specialized assignments with high fidelity by closely following detailed management directives.


Qualifications & Requirements Administrative Coordinator:

  • Demonstrated background in an administrative, clerical, or office support function.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or equivalent productivity software.
  • Exceptional organizational, time-management, and multitasking capabilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
