Experienced Painter

Elite Pro Painters LLC is currently hiring experienced painters to join our growing team. We are looking for reliable, skilled, and detail-oriented painters who take pride in quality work and professional customer service.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with residential and/or commercial painting, understands proper surface preparation, and can complete work cleanly, safely, and efficiently. This position requires someone who can follow instructions, work well with a crew, and represent our company professionally while working in customers’ homes and businesses.

Responsibilities

• Perform interior and exterior painting services
• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, patching, caulking, and priming as needed
• Protect floors, furniture, windows, landscaping, and customer property
• Cut clean lines, roll walls, brush trim, paint doors, shutters, siding, ceilings, and other surfaces
• Complete minor drywall patching and surface repairs when required
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Follow jobsite instructions and company quality standards
• Communicate professionally with supervisors, team members, and customers
• Clean up jobsite at the end of each workday
• Report any jobsite issues, material needs, or customer concerns promptly

Requirements

• Previous professional painting experience required
• Experience with interior and exterior painting preferred
• Knowledge of surface preparation, masking, caulking, sanding, patching, and priming
• Ability to cut, roll, brush, and complete detail work with quality
• Reliable transportation required
• Basic painting tools preferred
• Must be dependable, punctual, and able to follow instructions
• Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
• Must be respectful and professional in customer homes and job sites
• Ability to lift materials, climb ladders, and work on your feet for extended periods
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, but not required
