A-Line Staffing is now hiring a Long-Term Care Waiver Coordinator.

  • Schedule: Hybrid schedule (2 days in office, 3 days telework)
  • Pay Rate $25.00 an hour
  • Schedule: M-F 8am-4:30pm
  • Benefits – active after 90 days of employment
  • Residency Requirement
  • Candidates must currently reside in one of the following Pennsylvania counties:
  • Adams, Berks, Centre, Clinton, Cumberland, Dauphin, Franklin, Fulton, Huntingdon, Juniata, Lancaster, Lebanon, Lycoming, Mifflin, Northumberland, Perry, Schuylkill, Snyder, Union, or York.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate the regional monitoring team.
  • Develop and maintain monitoring schedules to ensure provider entities are reviewed at required intervals.
  • Interview provider staff, stakeholders, and consumers as part of the monitoring process.
  • Facilitate team discussions and compile monitoring findings into formal reports.
  • Analyze data, identify trends, and develop conclusions and recommendations.
  • Assist with the preparation and revision of monitoring tools and data collection instruments.
  • Develop, schedule, and conduct training programs for providers and team members.
  • Evaluate medical records and related documentation to ensure quality care and compliance with waiver program requirements.
  • Participate in waiver reviews according to CMS protocols.
  • Compile, organize, and evaluate information obtained through reviews, interviews, and system data collection.
  • Prepare reports evaluating provider and waiver program performance.
  • Participate in entrance conferences, review updates, exit conferences, and stakeholder meetings.
  • Identify potential fraud, abuse, deficiencies, and areas requiring corrective action.
  • Assist with gathering and organizing long-term care program information for executive leadership, public forums, legislative inquiries, and interagency collaboration.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience reviewing healthcare, long-term care, waiver, or provider programs.
  • Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to interpret medical records, provider documentation, and regulatory requirements.
  • Experience conducting interviews, audits, monitoring reviews, or quality assurance activities.
  • Ability to develop training materials and conduct presentations.
  • Proficiency in report writing and data analysis.
