Lending Specialist II

Zing, in partnership with a financial company, is currently seeking a Lending Specialist II to manage and process loans with minimal supervision.

Job Summary
 

• Shifts Available: On site – Monday through Friday
• Pay range: $26-$28
• Act as liaison and primary point of contact with internal and external customers from approval to deal closing
• Manage deal flow pipeline with relationship managers and leading interaction with internal stakeholders
• Coordinate and review closing documentation and information with relevant stakeholders
• Assis with the execution and process flow of the transaction including escalation issues
• Partner with relevant operations teams to ensure proper booking
• Ensure initial loan funding
• Carefully review loan documents for closing to ensure accuracy

Qualifications
 

• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Confident in ability to enforce policies, procedures
• Strong PC skills
• Highly proficient in all areas of customer service
• Knowledge of Commercial Real Estate and C&I loan documentation
• 3-5 years of lending experience or loan process experience
