Opportunity:

Physical Therapist

Job Details:

• Work primarily in outpatient setting with some inpatient acute and swingbed skilled care
• Day shift schedule from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
• Handle daily census of 8 patients with 8 visits per day
• Minimum 1 year of experience required, 2 years strongly preferred
• Previous charge experience preferred
• State license required, BLS certification preferred
• Must be comfortable with floating within service line to meet facility needs
• Guaranteed 3 shifts per 13-week contract period
• 16-hour orientation period required
• Work with various patient populations including adolescents, adults, pediatrics, and geriatrics
• Utilize EPIC charting system
• Dress code requires khaki pants and black top
• Must complete compliance documentation 2 Fridays before start date
• Required to complete 10-15 hours of modules due Monday 1 week prior to start
• Experience with various equipment including gait belts, walkers, prosthetics, and specialty beds
• Proficiency in documentation, assessments, discharge planning, and care plan development required
