Opportunity:

Home Health OT - Hood River, OR and Surrounding Areas

Job Details:

• Work 8-hour day shifts (facility cannot accommodate 4x10s or 3x12s)
• 1:1 patient ratio with up to 6 patients per day and 30 productivity points standard
• No weekend requirements
• No on-call responsibilities
• No floating between units required
• Facility can call off up to one shift per pay period (every two weeks)
• Must have reliable transportation for patient visits
• Maximum radius of roughly 60 miles per day (60-90 minute total drive time)
• Business casual attire required, no jeans; scrubs allowed but not required
• Charting systems: EPIC Remote Client for Home Health (on laptop) and Rover (phone app)/OASIS
• Free parking provided
• IRS standard mileage reimbursement
• Required certifications: BCLS
• Required licenses: Both Oregon and Washington licensure required
• 1 year of skilled home health experience required
• OASIS experience required
• First-time travelers accepted
• Locals accepted within 50-75 mile radius
• Treat patients with diagnoses including dementia, Parkinson's, ALS, MS, orthopedic post-op, and post-stroke conditions
• Complete non-billable modules averaging 16 hours pre-start and annually
