Physical Therapist Position

Job Details:

• Full-time schedule with flexibility for 4x10 schedule for the right candidate
• Minimum 1+ years of experience required
• Business casual dress code (khakis and polos acceptable)
• Work with adults and adolescent patient populations
• See 10-15 visits per day with caseload of 25-30 cases per week
• Utilize NextGen electronic health record system
• Perform case management and screening/building caseload responsibilities
• Conduct fall risk assessments and gross motor assessments
• Treat various orthopedic conditions including ACL tears, back pain, carpal tunnel syndrome, disc herniation, fractures, rotator cuff injuries, joint replacements, and other musculoskeletal conditions
• Provide post-operative care for various surgical interventions
• Handle rapid response crisis coverage needs
