1ST TIMERS - CT Tech - Req 10200

Job Details:

• 1 year of experience required
• Patient ratio of 1:1
• No floating between units required
• No on-call responsibilities
• No weekend requirements
• No block schedules required
• 32 hours of orientation provided
• Work with patients of all ages: adolescents, adults, and geriatrics
• Operate in a 2-room department with 48 beds
• Required certifications: ARRT CT, ARRT R, BLS
• Epic charting experience required
• Must have reliable vehicle for assignment
• Complete pre-start modules averaging 16 hours (non-billable)
• Any color scrubs acceptable
• Skills required include 3D rendering, contrast administration, various CT procedures for different body regions, IV starts, venipuncture, and radiation safety
• Work with interdisciplinary support including respiratory services, radiology, pharmacy, and rapid response teams
• May be expected to float to nearby sister facilities
• Must commit to working 3 of 5 major holidays
