Job Details:

• Reduced Non-Billable Orientation (NBO) Job - 0 Hours NBO vs. Standard 40 NBO
• Position will float between units within the facility
• Weekend rotation required - 1 weekend every 4 weeks
• Expected patient ratios: 8-9 patients per day
• No on-call requirements
• No block schedules required
• Must have acute care experience as a hard requirement
• Inpatient Rehab experience preferred
• Must be self-driven, hard worker who works well with team members
• Valid WA or Compact RN license required at time of submission
• Scrub color: Any color on all units
• Charting system: Epic
• No parking fees
• Complete non-billable modules pre-start (average 16 hours)
• Must provide 2 references covering 1 year within the last 3 years
• 48-hour shifts not approved
• All travelers should be prepared to float within the facility

This healthcare organization operates as a Short Term Acute Care facility with Level III Trauma Center designation. The facility features 104 total staffed beds and utilizes Epic charting systems. The organization maintains high standards for patient care and requires experienced nursing professionals who can adapt to various units and work effectively within a team-based environment.
