Mobile Security Officer
Location Branchburg, NJ
Shift: Wednesday - Sunday 1400-2200
Pay Rate: $20.82
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular vehicle and foot patrols of assigned client locations
- Inspect buildings, parking areas, and perimeters for suspicious activity
- Ensure all doors, gates, and access points are secure
- Respond to alarms, emergencies, and incidents as needed
- Identify and report hazards, incidents, and security concerns promptly
- Complete accurate daily activity and incident reports using mobile devices
- Provide excellent customer service to clients, employees, and visitors
- Enforce company policies and site-specific procedures
- Deter theft, vandalism, and unauthorized access through a visible presence
Work Environment & Schedule:
Mobile role covering client site.
- Requires extended periods of driving, walking, and standing.
Requirements:
- Valid NJ SORA License (or ability to obtain)
- Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record
- Previous security or patrol experience preferred
- Ability to work various shifts (nights, weekends, holidays)
- Comfortable working independently and traveling between locations
- Strong communication and report-writing skills
- 18 years of age.
- High School diploma or GED
- 7 years of employment verification.
