Job Description
Launch Your Clinical Career in the Heart of Vermont: Behavioral Health Clinician
Are you a dedicated therapist working toward your full licensure and looking for a clinical home that truly invests in your growth? At Lamoille Health Partners, we believe the next generation of clinicians is the heartbeat of our integrated care model.
We are seeking a Rostered Behavioral Health Clinician to join our integrated team in Morrisville. This is an ideal role for a clinician who is passionate about rural health, social justice, and practicing in an environment where your supervision and professional development are top priorities.
Why Start Your Career Here?
Structured Supervision: We don’t just "check the box"—we provide consistent clinical supervision, peer consultation, and ongoing mentorship to help you earn your hours with confidence.
True Integrated Care: Forget siloed treatment. You’ll be working shoulder-to-shoulder with PCPs and psychiatrists, managing “warm hand-offs” and gaining exposure to the full spectrum of behavioral health within primary care.
The "Vermont Way of Life": We believe in work-life balance that actually exists. Enjoy predictable scheduling that allows you to fully enjoy our beautiful mountain community.
Loan Repayment Eligible: As an FQHC, we are an approved site for federal and state loan repayment programs (NHSC, HRSA, etc.).
Comprehensive Benefits: Competitive salary, robust health/dental/vision plans, a 401(k) with match, and generous ETO.
The Impact You’ll Make
Develop Your Clinical Toolkit: Conduct diagnostic assessments and deliver evidence-based therapy (CBT, DBT, etc.) to a diverse, rural population under the guidance of experienced staff.
Collaborative Learning: Participate in daily team huddles and case conferences—you’ll be a valued voice in an interdisciplinary medical team.
Patient Advocacy: Act as a resource for our medical team, bringing a trauma-informed lens to the clinic’s approach to socioeconomic barriers and whole-person health.
Support & Stabilization: Provide critical support for patients, learning to navigate crisis intervention and complex care coordination.
Who You Are
Licensed-Track Professional: You hold a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling or a related field and are currently Rostered in the State of Vermont, actively working toward your full licensure (LCMHC or similar).
Growth-Oriented: You are eager to learn, open to feedback, and ready to engage deeply in the supervisory process.
Collaborative Spirit: You thrive in interdisciplinary settings—huddles and consultations are where you sharpen your clinical skills.
Trauma-Informed Heart: You have a solid academic foundation and a passion for working with substance use (SUD) and co-occurring disorders.
Mission-Driven: You aren’t just looking for a job; you’re looking to serve a community.
