Forklift and Baler Operator

• 1st - 5am-1:00pm
• 2nd - 12:30pm-8:30pm
• 3rd- 9pm-5am

We are looking for a reliable Forklift Bailer / Janitorial Worker to join our team. This role involves operating a forklift and baler machine to process recyclable materials while also performing janitorial duties when not operating equipment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and able to work efficiently in a warehouse environment.

• Operate a Sit down forklift to transport recyclable materials to designated areas.
• Use a baler machine to compact cardboard, plastics, and other recyclables into bales for storage or shipment.
• Sort, inspect, and prepare materials before baling to ensure quality and compliance.
• Load and unload baled materials onto trucks or storage areas.
• Maintain and clean equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation.
• Follow all safety regulations and OSHA guidelines for forklift and machinery use.
• Report any equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs.

• Sweep, mop, and clean warehouse floors to maintain a tidy work environment.
• Empty trash bins and properly dispose of waste materials.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and common areas.
• Restock cleaning supplies and maintain janitorial equipment.
• Ensure all workspaces remain free of hazards and debris.

• Forklift certification/license required.
• Ability to lift and move heavy materials (typically 50 lbs or more).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask between duties.
• Knowledge of workplace safety procedures.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Warehouse setting with exposure to dust, noise, and varying temperatures.
• Physical work, including standing, lifting, and operating machinery for extended periods.
• Rotating duties between forklift operation and janitorial tasks as needed
