you didn't know you were looking for. As a Valet Tech, you'll be the friendly, skilled face of
Olympic Hot Tub — visiting customers at their homes to keep their hot tubs clean, running,
and ready to enjoy. No two days are exactly alike, and you'll build real trade skills while doing it.
No prior hot tub experience needed — we'll train you.
Pay Range: $21.76 – $22.00 per hour + Tiered revenue commission of 4%–6%

Motivated techs have the opportunity to earn a specialty electrician's license and advance to an Outside Service Tech role through company-paid Continuing Education, accrued training hours, and successful completion of state-required testing. We invest in your growth.
- Clean and service hot tubs at customers' homes using provided equipment and supplies
- Perform routine maintenance checks and report any damages or issues to management
- Communicate with customers professionally to schedule appointments and address concerns
- Perform minor repairs to accessory items using hand tools and light power tools
- Deliver and install replacement covers and accessories as needed
- Maintain detailed service records and track inventory and supplies
- Ensure all work is performed safely and effectively
- Provide outstanding customer service — your work is the experience customers remember
- Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly, and up to 100 lbs occasionally
- Valid Washington State driver's license — no more than one minor moving violation in the past three years
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Excellent communication skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Background in the trades or service work a plus — but we'll train the right person
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Good people skills a definite plus
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to learn diagnostic and repair techniques
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Intermediate math skills for water care adjustments and inventory management
- Able to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
- Comfortable with computers, including Microsoft Outlook and Excel
- Able to safely operate hand tools, light power tools, and a company vehicle
- Ability to manage and follow up on multiple simultaneous tasks
- Company van with tools and fuel card — this position works from home base
- All tools, cleaning equipment, and required materials provided
- Works outdoors in all weather conditions — if you love fresh air, this is your office
