Babysitter Needed - Now Hiring

I am considering a future nanny for my 1 child, we live in Milwaukee. I would prefer someone who is really flexible since I will be required to work mandatory over-time shifts throughout the weeks, someone who is very good with toddlers. I would prefer a nanny who has their own car, who does not smoke, is CPR certified and is comfortable with being around a cat. The shifts will be given a month in advance as well as the potential days Id be mandated.
